Guided Alligator Hunts

If you are looking for an adventure, this is it! Our Gator hunts take place on private property just outside the town of Anahuac, Texas, the gator capital of Texas. This is where Texas Gator Fest is held each year and folks come from all around to see who has the biggest gator! We use traditional hook and line method, and also offer archery hunts to customers looking for a challenge.

All gator hunts are within a set season by the State in September each year and tags are limited.

A Typical Hunt consists of our guests showing up the afternoon before, setting lines then waiting overnight before checking them first thing the next morning. Or If you prefer, the guide can set your lines and you may drive in on call once your gator is on the line. Once dispatched we will load your gator and take it to the local processor, or you may take it to your own preferred processor wherever that may be. We scout daily to try and locate the best gators and bait sites, and provide the best chance of success for our customers.

*Firearms may only be used to dispatch the animal once captured.

Pricing per Person or per Tag purchased
$1200 – A 50% deposit required at booking

Includes one alligator up to 9 feet in length. There is a trophy fee of $50/inch over 9 feet.
1 Night of Lodging and Meals for the hunter- all non-hunting guests must pay and additional fee of $175 for lodging and meals.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. There is an additional fee for lodging and meals of $175 per person.

Items Not Included

Processing, skinning, or tanning the hide. We will take your gator to the local processor, and you can make selections on what you wish to do with your gator. Or you may take it to your own processor if preferred.
If archery hunting the customer will need to provide their own archery and taking equipment. They will need the appropriate gear required by law to take an alligator with a bow.

Extras: If you wish to extend your hunt or add a Teal hunt

Additional Nights of lodging and meals can be added for $175 a night per person.
Teal Hunts may be added for $225 per person either morning or afternoon.
